Split Jerk PR at the DC clinic of 215#'s prior to this I was stuck at 185. Now I need to shore my jerk up about.....50 more pounds so I can jerk what I clean!

It was great meeting everyone at the fundraiser/seminar and I was pretty shocked at just how many people showed up to help my family out. Thanks to all!

Yesterday, 300lb deadlift for 5 reps, previous was 275lb. Also 250lb back squat a2a for 3 work sets, previous was 240lb. Both were done with plenty of gas still in the tank. I'm only deadlifting about once a week but as heavy as I can when I do. With squats I'm supplementing one day with front squats and one other day I run 5k.

All the best to you and your family Allen, sorry I wasn't there.

@ LA Governor's Games, Shreveport, Saturday:

@ 84.5 kilos
Snatch: 90, missed 95 twice.
C&J: 120, 125, missed 127.
215 and 2nd place (out of three, I think) in the 85 seniors.

Called my straddle planche a success a couple of days ago as I can hold it most of time when I'm fresh.

Unfortunately, I think rings full planche is a fair ways off now.
