and a 75kg snatch in the same session.
Both PR'S
BW 71.5 KG or 157 LBS.

Back Squatted 305 (~138-139) for a single (previous best was 297).

The evening before that--

Front Split Squat 3 per side @ 133 kilos.

Hit a Pr on the Deadlift for a 300 lbs 1RM but had to use the underhand and overhand grip.

Last night nailed a 72 kilo snatch and matched my pr c&j (85)! The c&j went up much easier than the first time!

500m row: 1:34.2

It would have been so much faster if my bum didn't slip off the seat for 200m of the piece! Next up is to get sub 1:30.

BSQ 150kg ass to ankles, raw for an easy double (previous best at 150 is a single and PR is 155kg)

Tomorrow will attempt 160kg/350lb+ for a single
