- Deadlift 3x385lbs (about time!)
- 180 degree turn on a tightrope
I'm hoping this deadlift PR will be the first in a long series of them since the lift pretty much stalled for me in May of last year (even while my Zercher nearly progressed to equal my deadlift). Had it taken me much longer to start budging forward again, Brian DeGennaro would probably end up cleaning what I DL.

snatched 80 and 108 on the platform to up my official total from 175 to 188. I also got 83/110 in the warm-up room for an unofficial 193. I got 85 overhead but out of position. 200 is right around the corner...

I proudly push pressed 137kg for 5 last week. Today I did a momentary static hold of 165kg in a snatch grip push press.
Slowly but surely.

And today was a 3x405lb deadlift. First time I passed 400lbs. Solid.
