I thought my deadlift PR was 200 but I spent about 20 minutes with Josh Henkin and got it up to 220.

205 PR total (prev 195) @77 at my 3rd meet - only matched my gym bests in both lifts though. squatting more and less practice with the lifts made me a little stronger but less precise

My new PRs from the 100% RAW PL meet in Vegas:

Squat: 172.5kg / 380.3# (25# PR)

Bench: 122.5kg / 270.1# (10# PR)

Deadlift: 190kg / 418.9# (30# PR)

Went 8 for 9, with a 65# PR total as well (obviously )

Finally got that 400# DL I'd been after.

Finally broke past the 100kg snatch barrier (after over a year of being stuck around 92, and actually regressing for a while).

Of greater importance, is the PR I set a few weeks back at the all-you-can-eat BBQ outing @ Hill Country -- tragically, there is no video of that.

That's awesome Yoon! Congrats on the PR and the traps. Where's the 130something clean and sausage spinal erectors?

Ran half marathon (13.1 miles) in 1:43:43. PR on distance and average time! Placed 8th in the Hartford half marathon among 200+ lb males.

Thumbs up

At the very end of Greg Everett's 2 Day Olympic weightlifting seminar (ended this past Sunday), with Greg helping me understand why I need to channel aggression into my lifts, I managed to nail down two PRs for the clean and jerk:

225lbs - 102kg for a +2kg PR
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldd8HiNIeCs

235lbs - 106kg for a +6kg PR
