Power jerked 120kg today for a 20kg PR. I almost locked out 130, but I didn't put my head and chest through when I caught it.

43 second handstand on the floor, no walking - scoring one for the big guys.
A minute should be in the bag by April, no problem.

I don't think either is a straight up PR, but it they are PRs relative to bodyweight.
Bench Press 265 @ BW 169
Box Squat 335 @ BW 169
Neither were psyched out. As good as anything, they both mark a return of strength I had rebuilt previously. Still not strong, but not that pathetic anymore. At least on these two lifts.

Uneven (left hand high, right hand low) press to handstand on a stack of chairs three tall.
See this for reference, though I wasn't in that performance.

Bench Press 300# / 137kg - All time BP PR and there is more in the tank.
BSQ 200kg - not an all time PR but the heaviest since December 2009 and this one was performed without any spotters.

Today 170kg high bar back squat today. Followed by 7x3 at 150kg. Heaviest squat since my return from the sandbox.
