63 second handstand on Thursday; on the floor, no walking, with the legs together the entire time. I had some arm bend and planche lean by the last ten seconds, though.

That's the first time I've clocked over a minute.

Did the TSC yesterday and got a 200kg deadlift at 90kg BW, a 10kg personal best. Bit annoyed at 18 pull ups though, hoping for 20.

16 dead hang pullups @188#'s

Best I've done in a long time, haven't hit those numbers in 3+ years before the elbow injury.

Deadlifted 405x5. First attempt over 400 and I hit my target of 5.

Squatted 211kg yesterday for a big PR over the 195kg PR I set this past Monday.

Deadlifted 455#x5 last week. Also squatted 305x5x3, which isn't impressive per se but is reflective of my knees actually being healthy enough for me to consistently back squat for the first time in a while.

So, I've got the one-arm handstand down on the left side for consistent holds about 3s long.

I'm still shooting for 10s before moving on to more advanced skills, though.
