hey chris - out of curiousity, im assuming youve been able to sustain the mass gain with this schedule... are you eating more/less/same than zone prescribed?
for me, 15-17 hour fasts 5-7 d/wk. sometimes can stretch weekend fasts ~19 hrs.

12-17 hours per day every day of the week. I try to stay at a minimum of 15 but eating with te family changes things around sometimes.

15-20 hrs - 18 probably average. 5-6 days per week most often.
I've been detailing my food and eating times on my blog if anyone would like a better picture of what I do.

20 hr fasts - every other day usually 3-4 days a week. Saturdays is only day I have no restrictions on my diet, although I rarely ever go overboard.
Scotty - like your blog man....great for ideas!
