20 hours 5-6 days a week. I try to do it everyday, but don't on some weekends.

Try to be strict low carb during the week, then loosen up on the weekend, and will sometimes eat during hte day on Sundays. I felt krummy before practice yesterday to I ate Chicken, cheese and broccoli at about 16 or so hours.

I fast 22-23 hours every day
