I tore a good sized callus today while training and as I was pouring new skin all over it in hopes of saving my workout Aimee showed me a great trick on how to protect the skin and still keep lifting.
I pretty sure we used 2 inch athletic tape this morning but I just rebuilt it using 1 inch so it will work as well.
First take about 12 inche of tape and either fold it in 1/3's for 2 inch tape or 1/2's for inch tape
Once you have done that you are going to loop it and then tape the front and back of your folded tape
