I find it amusing the trainers who make $10/hr working at LA Fitness can produce such wonderful material and say it is worth $1000....oh yeah....cause most trainers should be paid $1000/hr just to hear their wisdom....personally I liked the caveman workout webpage much better....
I couldn't get to the bottom of the page I got bored with having to scroll down. Oh well I just might have missed out on the secret I have been searching my whole life for.
