Default Thank you from the Yeh's

Thank you to all of you who came I know I'm going to leave people out and I apologize ahead of time. Laurie and I were amazed at how many people come out to help us out.

-Thank you Greg for flying out here even after being kicked out of your place for almost a week. Despite what you say otherwise, I think you did a great job filling in for Robb
-Thank you Robb for coming up with this idea to begin with even if you weren't able to actually escape the airport of Chico.
-Thank you Jesse and Mark of Primal Fitness for hosting the event and allowing us all to play with all your cool things at your new gym.
-Thanks to all of those from the Performance Menu who traveled to be there, Steven, Jay, Derek, and Allison it was great meeting you guys for the first time, but it definitely won't be the last!
-Thank you Tom, Fred, Russ, Steve, Brian and Jen of CrossFit DC for coming (reminiscing about alley workouts too!)
-Thank you Jerry and the rest of the CrossFit Challenge crew for the strong showing and the coffee (Andrea)!
-Thank you Judd and Karen of CrossFit Extreme Fitness (opening Nov. 10th!).
-Thank you Tes from CrossFit Fairfax (levitating dutchmen?)
-Thank you Jim of the famous Beast Skills
-Thank you to all those CrossFitters that I haven't thanked already that showed up, some of you traveled from as far as Colorado to Connecticut to Delaware to Columbia, MD.
-Thank you to my friends that showed up.
-Of course thanks goes out to all those people that have donated online which by itself has raised $2125!!! I don't have the final numbers from Greg of the total amount raised yet but I will soon.

Our family thanks everyone for the support that we have gotten from everyone. Thank you so much.

I am glad it was a success.

It's always a pleasure to do something that helps someone out and learning in the process sure doesn't hurt.

Allen, we're glad to help, and you guys are welcome back any time. It was great to meet people that I've only known from the boards, and it was good to see Greg again, awesome job teaching! Rob, we have a spot saved for you whenever you can figure out the airport...I know that's a tall order for Paleo man...it's not so easy that a caveman could do it

You're welcome! It was definitely a fun time hope we can do something like it again. Hope we helped out enough with the medical expenses.

P.S. Judd I didn't know you were there, lol.

The link for all the pictures we took this weekend. I'll be adding more when my brother sends me the pictures he took.

Sorry one last time for not making the wing-ding...I was seriously bummed.
I don't want to get too schmaltzy here but I really get a lot from the whole crossfit/PM/CA community. I've meet lifelong friends and people I'd do damn near anything for. That's a good feeling and it's even better when we know we helped someone.

When everyone makes a trip to Chico then we can see how folks hold their beer during a Bar Crawl, NorCal style!

BTW-
Greg kicks ass on the Olifts...he's no schlep with nutrition either.
