The only other potential thing is a multi vitamin I stopped taking that Sunday so we will see how it goes this week

I think you are totally on the money and I hope it is true in this case as well, because if it is arthritis that would really suck.

I went to a specialist and found out it was a virus, so if you feel like you are getting arthritis it may go away in 6 months, weird but operantly not uncommon.
