Default Fred Hahn's Serious Strength board

On it you can see various individuals debate the merits of the duo-hip extension machine and Nautilus curls.

You also see some fairly sharp guys like Lincoln Brigham (Crossfit Sedona), Bob L (Blobert) and Sumo (Juan Lancaster) arguing with them about exercise science and effective training.

It's an amusing pastime but not one I care to indulge in.

This is part of my campaign to show people who are interested in effective, barbell based training what they are up against

Dr. Eades asked if I would talk to Fred about intermittent fasting and some othr goodies. Nice guy but earlobe deep in HIT. I think Eades is going to post that exchange on his blog at some point. It's enlightenting!

Fred did speak about IF on the above board. And his Slow Burn stuff is endorsed by the Eades.

It's a small world.
