Default One day on, one day off

If you are on the zone, and want to do 1day on 1 day off...and you are on 17 blocks, does this mean 34 blocks the next day?

Yes - although some people have found that when combining the Zone with IF, they need to up their block numbers somewhat. Start with 34 blocks and monitor your weight, BF, performance, energy, etc. and adjust as needed 1-2 blocks/week.
