100kg class
BW 99.7kg (weighed 219.75- sweet)
Snatch- 198
C&J- 265
Squat- 397
Bench- 320
DL- 485

I will be looking forward to the write up. Where did you think you would hit on the snatch and squat?

Yesterday
2K row (~9min), 10 min walk on treadmill, 2K row (~9:30), 10 min walk outside.
PM
Taught JJ class. Had small group, so it turned into 1.5 hour of self defense and 30 minutes of pad work. Made up a new tech I dubbed "bone saw."

Kind of a boring day.
1) FS, work to heavy single
225, 245, 265, 285, 305, 315, 325, 335
335 was easy. Stopped there because I was on the iron, not bumpers.
2) bench
Warmed up to 215x5, and my left shoulder was still hurting. Did standing press 45#x20x2. Will try to bench again in a month.
3) DL
325x5
375x5
425x6
Left a couple in the tank. I have to coach a 3-hour soccer mini-camp today. Still a solid session.

Fun weekend with the family.
Sunday. Went to Wichita Mts. Climbed Mt. Scott for a few hours.
Monday. Gave my son his first tennis lesson. Hit with wife for a bit. Went to dojo and wrestled with kids later.
This morning:
1) squat
285x5
330x5
375x6
2) rack pulls
495x3
Kind of a crappy workout this morning. Weights felt heavy.

Yesterday
1) PC
100 kg at the top of the minute for 15 minutes
A bit light, but I hadn't done these in awhile. Move to 105 or 110 next.
2) 5 rounds
10 2-hand LCCJ @ 24kg
5 tuck 360s on rings
8 weeks out. Conditioning sucks.
