Basic Conditioning for Weightlifting
I O-lift 4 times a week and I'm curious as to what the thoughts are for basic/general aerobic conditioning, if any at all while O-lifting. I'm not looking to be a fire breather but not being out of breath when I get to the 5th floor would be nice without interfering with lifting. My emphasis is on lifting so I'm a bit hesitant to do a CF WOD or go for a jog. Jumprope, rowing, sandback ruck, sled pull the way to go?
