According to Innate Response's advertising
the body can process food-based supplements better...they are retained in the body longer and the utilization level is higher. Also there are all kinds of peptides, enzymes, etc. from the whole foods themselves that aid in absorption.
I haven't used their magnesium yet but I've been pretty impressed with other Innate Response supplements. Got some free samples at a botanical med conference once. Good stuff, good company, IMO.
But I don't want to disagree with Robb because it always makes me look stupid
so you can always try them both and see which one works better for you!
