Jon,
Update: The Atlantic States Open is being held mid-Feb in MA (Salem perhaps?). I caught up with Gary Valentine this past weekend and he said he was planning to attend, so it's definitely on...he didn't know off the top of his head who was distributing the entry forms though.

Mechanics were off today, I was pulling 70 high enought to pow sn. Not enough drive on jerk, and 2nd 90 just didnt pull like I should. I think it was a little rust.

Starting to feel back in sync with the full movements, I should have never stopped doing them, even though we were in between training spaces. If that happens again, I will do the full movements no matter what type of bar I have to use. Doing too much of the power movements has affected my classic lift technique.
