I am going to try out Low Bar squats, I am intrigued by Rip's argument for it and I want to experiment with it. I guess we will see what happens!

Lower back still pretty sore; work schedule is very busy, a lot of mandatory overtime. My timing was off today on the cleans; I was extremely close on all reps at 72.5

Pretty pissed off right now; tues. morning I get a call saying, "sorry your number came up, you are mandated for sat. the 16th." Tried to get a swap, but nobody could hook me up, so it looks like the meet is a no go!

Still feel out of sorts physically, a lot mentally. Overtime looks like its here to stay for a while so I am going to have to man up, hang tight, and try to get what I can, when I can.

I sucked today! Plain & simple! As DJ says, "They can't all be gems." Every miss was out front, my timing was off and I felt sluggish getting into the bottom.

was gonna do some swings but ran out of time since this was done before work when I got up. I only have a 2 hr. turnaround time on consecutive work days.

it was supposed to be 5x3 not 3x5 I read my program wrong and realized it after first set.
