I have been MIA on my journal entries for about 4 weeks! My excuse has been this refueling outage at work. I cant wait till its over! Anyways my results for the SHU Open were

Snatch 72 make (nailed it) 76 miss (fell on my ass) 76 miss (out front)
C&J 90 make 95 missed jerk(press out) 95 missed jerk
I sucked! I felt awesome in warmups and my opening snatch felt awesome, but I couldn't put things together after that. I didn't even set any pr's! I am very motivated to train and redeem myself!

the super beef with bbq sauce and fries +coke not a good idea beforehand
almost puked! Should prob cheat on a day when I am not doing anything strenous.
gained new respect for the free flow drill
