pullups semi kipped(I have been nervous about kipping with a doorway pullup bar)
I woke up late today, and mentally wasn't "feelin it" so this is all I did today.
this was done before work and I got word last night that the outage schedule will be over by the 11th. I can't wait!

I swear I did 2 sets of 5 before the single on the 3rd set but my training log says otherwise, so that's what I will put down. I buried myself in the hole on that single; my mind just gave out as I descended, sorta weird.
I did not snatch well today.
