As a means to speed up my somewhat sluggish digestion, I started taking about 1-2T psyllium this week both am and pm on an empty stomach with 2+cups water. The am dose is taken together with ACV (1-2T). Well I have noticed that my digestion has..er...slowed down and several days come to a complete halt!
I cant figure this out. I do eat clean (my food log is linked below) and also deink roughly 3-4 liters of water total each day! Thoughts?
