Just wondering if anyone has read "The Ultimate Omega-3 Diet" by Evelyn Tribole and if you have, what's your take on it? I haven't read it but ran across it in a bookstore on my way out and didn't have time to flip through it.
Probably a decent read for the general public who know nothing about it but nothing new I would imagine...just saying avoid omega 6s and get more omega 3s, eat omega 3 eggs, or saying eat walnuts instead of peanuts for the better ratio. Funny how it has to be called a "DIET".....aka some nutritionist finding the latest fad to make money off.
