Default Microlactin?

Saw this around, proposing great joint benefits, and it's reasonably priced (http://www.vitacost.com/NSI-MicroLactin ).
And my totally unscientific reason I am trying it... I went off milk recently, and noticed my problematic knee was bothering me a little more despite fewer stresses on it, and microlactin is some milk extract, yadda yadda, so anyway, I'm asking the crowd here if they have any experience or knowledge with it, and also am giving a heads up to anyone who likes joint helper pills.

I dont think you'l find much support for milk based anything on these boards John!
I'd stick with the tried and studied glucosamine and chondriotin combo for joint issues. I was chowing down on some prawns at Christmas, shell included, glucosamine is made from prawn shells, im sure there's other useful stuff in them too. If only i could bring myself to eat the head too...

John,
Let us know how it goes.

I currently have a close family member testing out Lyprinol. This person also recently benefited greatly from methylcobalamin injections with her neuropathy-like pains in the legs and an arm. B12 is awesome.
