Let me test them out first (after I decide on a brand of whey) and then I'll send you the good ones.

They are post workout bars, hence the whey.

Mmm, cashew butter.

Yael, do you do well with cashew butter? I dont do any cashews. I have been making my own nut butters. My best and most recent concoction is 1 c pecans, 1 c walnuts and 1/3 c ground flax seeds. Blend it all in food processor, scrape and reblend. Yum! Optional: add pinch salt and/or pumpkin pie spice!

If you want a goat's milk protein you could try this. It is from free range goats and is a combo of casein and whey. Unlike regular whey, I don't get any mucus or other digestive issues form this. Some people may find the taste too strong because of the "goaty" taste.

The cheapest I've found it:

I do well with cashews and even better with almonds, but I don't do a lot of nut butters because I don't have any bread to put them on. I occassionally get a jar at TJ's to dip carrot sticks into.

I don't do well with goat milk for some reason. I only drink grassfed milk. Not sure what I'll do with whey yet--I'm researching and looking at options.

My local health food store saves me grassfed eggs whenever they come in... $1.99 for a dozen!

Seems like i remember Robb recommending it to me once along with some other NOW products.
