I do well with cashews and even better with almonds, but I don't do a lot of nut butters because I don't have any bread to put them on.

I occassionally get a jar at TJ's to dip carrot sticks into.
I don't do well with goat milk for some reason. I only drink grassfed milk. Not sure what I'll do with whey yet--I'm researching and looking at options.
My local health food store saves me grassfed eggs whenever they come in... $1.99 for a dozen!
