Superfood by biotest

Not so impressed by the ingredients in the NSI products, in the tabs the first ingredient is banana! I can buy banana for 2 bucks a kilo in oz! ;-)

Im gonna try the new chapter berry greens, it sure seems expensive, but the ingredients are organic(i hope!) and i like the ingredient list(kale red cabbage etc). It does contain some oat and brown rice though. bugger.

It cost me 48USD, from iherb, but it is 360g, vs 140g for the t-mag product.

The New Chapter Berry Green is all organic and the oats/brown rice are only there to provide a bit of food (carbs) to grow the probiotics on. They're not there to "add" to the ingredients, if you know what I mean.

Just tried the Biotest Superfood. They barely give you any but the dosing is smaller than I expected too, it is packed in there! One tablespoon fills up 16 ounces of water. It actually tastes pretty good and has a solid ingredient list. I wold probably recommend it.

So ive tried the new chapter berry greens powder, im not sure i'll use it again, it states to take 1 tbsp per day, but there's nothing stating what weight of fresh veg/fruit that equates to, is it 1lb or 1oz etc? As such its pretty expensive.

I guess if your travelling its probably useful, except it should be refridgerated, and it does taste pretty good(quite sweet).

I thought Superfood was pretty decent, seems kind of pricey but if I had more "expendable" money I would probably want to get it more regularly.
