Easy to make via any Spreadsheet / Database program. Then laminate if needed.

So here is a side question to the charts. Does it matter if you are using them for OLY rather than PL? I think it was in Greg's book (1st ed) on page 220. It shows loading % and reps. It says that this is for simple strength exercises. So loading for OLY could be different. So...a rep/max chart for could OLY be different?
Just wondering

Err.. rep max charts are BS anyway, it's just an estimate. The only way to know your maxes are to test them.
