BW 160
DL 240
Clean 120
Ring dips 1:1 (no bench)
@34:10
Notes: 1:1 dips was too easy a sub. DL's, usually my strength, almost killed me today. Off to CO tomorrow, until Sunday.

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
2 HSPU
10 Situps
@10 rounds
Notes: Spring break, spotty training... most HSPU's I have ever done in one workkout. Getting better at my biggest weakness.

I don't know what it is about Barbara but I hate her also. I think it is pushing on the exercises up to the squats and then trying to push through on the squats cause you know you have a break. I was going to add Barbara in this week but decided against it.
Your training is looking good. It is always nice to hit PR's. Your numbers look really close to where I am with the exception of the M/U's I haven't pulled one of them off yet.

Yeah, consensus seems to be that Barbara is one of the worst. Keep at it on those M/U's.
