I use grainfiels liquid probiotics. I get something diferent with every order i place, just to vary it up so i don't get bored with the taste of one. These guys also make the liquid probiotics for BED. So i also get of those products too, innergy biotic is the better tasting in my opinion, although i feel better when taking the fermented spirulina.. even though it tastes awefull.

What's the word here on hydrochloric acid? I was thinking of trying some to see if I need it, by testing whether or not I get the burning sensation.

Recently started drinking lots of raw kefir milk and inititially experienced the transitional stage common with the introduction of probiotics. However, never experienced this initial onslaught while taking the supplements so now I question whether supplements are as effective as real food.

Are you making your own kefir ore do you have a local source? The stuf i make is good enough but I'd like to find a different starter.

Hey Dave,
Kelly Moore was kind enough to send me a small bag of kefir grains.
As they continue to multiply I can gladly send you some if you like.
Just contact me via pm or email with your address.

I like Standard Process or Garden of Life or Primal Defense for probiotics, but right now I just got fermented cod liver oil to kill two birds with one stone. http://www.greenpasture.org/products/fermented-oil I also eat fermented veggies I make myself.

Yael,
How's the taste of the fermented CLO? I'm curious...I've heard others say it is quite wretched.
Fermented CLO is likely what many of our parents and grandparents were given, thus the reactions I get when I tell people I'm going to suggest they get on CLO (I have to assure them it is nothing like what they had as children...).

You know, I actually bought the pills. I don't do the massive quantities of CLO some people do... and when I had the liquid to put in smoothies I noticed I wasn't very consistent about it. I do eggs for breakfast more often than smoothies these days so I just pop the pills after my homeopathic remedies and crystal salt sole water and before the Bioplasma. I've got a whole morning routine going.
