QDR Press article
Soon I'll be sending a new piece about the Queda de Rins Press to Robb for him to publish in the new PM. It is basicly a shoulder girdle press with a very big range of motion compared to normal press handstand on the floor. It involves the chest, triceps and shoulders as well as your back. Requires a lot of control but the gains in functional strength are well worth it. The movement is very 'orgenic' and diffrent from normal-western physical culture movements. Stay tuned and if you havent worked the basic QDR, download the first PM (I think it is free) and complete the program outlined. It is a requirement to have the basic QDR down before you will be able to work on any QDR press variations. Now go train.
