USAW Club Coach or Sports & Performance Coach
I have been considering attending one of these courses. I do not have any atheletes that are contemplating competing, just some clients that I cannot seem to get through to on how to complete the lifts.
Honestly, I think most of it is them not wanting to get it. However, I can always use the extra help, in my teaching and personal form technique.
I am leaning toward the Sports and Performance Coach course. Is this a mistake?

Barney I don't know if you can get to one of Greg's seminars but he is absolutely the best at breaking down the lifts into small enough pieces that you can get it programmed into any athlete.
I don't coach for a living but I can tell you that I have used his techniques with 2 individuals that were incapable of snatching and both are now sound mechanically.

I have been tossing the idea of Greg's seminar or the Crossfit O-lifting seminar as well. Forgot to mention that in original post.
Thanks for reminding me Derek.

i don't train people, but at what point do you stop trying to teach these people the lifts when they don't really want or care to learn them? seems like that is wasting your time (and their) time. But maybe if they are paying you a crap load......

Arden check the front page by clicking the Catalyst Athletics logo top left. The upcoming seminars are on the left hand side of the page.
If you want I just told Monique and Leo that I couldn't come to Coach Mike B's seminar at their place in March as my son will be competing at AAU state finals. They might be able to get you in my spot.
