A couple of weeks ago i was doing an intense stretch session and after a few min of 'waiting out the tension' and pnf i got in to a
side splits . Now i would definately say that i was pushing it a bit much but it was by no means excessively painful. Since then i have had a weird kinda of pain in the top of the hammy. It only hurts when i try to stretch and feels like it is were the hammy inserts under my bum.
Any idears ?
