Default Technique has gone missing

I'm just getting back into snatching after a little extended lay off and i've developed some weird pause just before the second pull that i can't get rid of!!

Its like i pause before i jump and i just can't seem to think or not-think myself out of doing it.

Any tips tricks or spells?

First, give yourself some time. You'll always feel goofy after time off. What Mike said is true - don't think about it too much. If you're trying to get rid of a hitch, do a snatch deadlift + snatch pull + snatch complex, focusing on smooth acceleration.
