Default .. a year into IF

Here I report the values of my blood tests I done in August 2007 and February 2008, after a year into IF.
Since August i've switched towards a strict paleo eating (no grains, legumes and dairy), changing macros from 40c,40p,20f to 10c,25p,65f ,avoiding almost totally fruit (except avocados) and limiting nuts to a handful\day, increasing calorie intake from 2200 to 2500 cals\day. In this period my IF schedule provided fasting everyday and an evening feeding window from 4 pm to 8 pm, except friday when i fast until 8 pm, eat a small meal and go to bed. Saturday = feast day. In the same period my weight is increased by 1,5 kg (bf and lean tissue in the same amount).
Any comment or suggestion will be well accepted.

Chol TOT 278 mg\dl
LDL 147 mg\dl
HDL 113 mg\dl
Trigs 61 mg\dl

unfortunately previous blood tests are too dated to be significant. For sure i had lower cholesterol levels (say 200 tot) and higher trigs. Never tested crp and fasting insulin before.
