I don't know where I saw that (and I've probably butchered it), but it is awesome.
I may be wrong, but a calf would drink alot more than a glass or two a day.

We get full fat, organic grass fed raw milk (and yogurt and kefir), and it doesn't give me any issues (although the pasteurized stuff makes me gassy).

i drink a cup of milk a day with my protein shake, only 120 calories + the protein and takes up a meal spot.
