Mark -

I'm on my way up to the gym now, so I'll measure and get back to you.

I would love to have a sandbag for out door training at the track and feild buy my house. What is the scale of sand bags to barbells rufly and is it possible to use a large with say 100 lbs of sand or would it just be better to use the medium with 80. I am thinking of if I were to use it for fran or OH squatsfor example.

Sorry, I have the memory of a goldfish. I measured today - small bag is 18" long, medium 24", and large 36".

If you get the large, you can keep it relatively light by stuffing some of the extra space with old clothes or rags.

Ha! Funny, Greg. Ever see the movie "Memento"? Thanks for the measurements.
