Yes, you can't do much from the heels exclusively except stand still. It's really just a common cue to get people off their toes when they shouldn't be, but it's been misused and overused by a lot of folks.

For the life of me I was trying to find the Scrubs episode on YouTube with JiuJitsu....but I came across this somehow....and it's funny....with full respect to those that do it of course
