I learned a valuable lesson today, 3x5 back squats are friggin hard after snatches and clean and jerks. I even took it easy on the poundage and still I failed on two sets, although I didn't eat a whole lot today and I haven't squatted heavy at all in a long time. Guess it's as much milk as I can stomach from here on out.
