Highly highly recommended.
Today, still destroyed.
sn: up to 120#, couldn't keep anything else overhead. WTF? Orly? etc.
c&j: up to 155#
bs: Failed at 225#. Failed at 205#. Gasp. Had 185#x1, x2, x2
Yes, I went higher on front squats yesterday.
press (experiment): up to 115#, down to 95X2x2
Weight loss sucks....
Dealing with some odd bloating as well -- my ring doesn't come off my ring finger well. Something's going on.

Was going to skip today, decided not to.
Behold the power of eating (had big food yesterday, including 2 bowls of ice cream - didn't help body comp but):
sn: up to 135#
j: up to 155#
fs: 195#x2, 205x1, 215x1, 220x1 (the last because it's a nice metric round number)

Indeed!!
I've hit 225# for a single before, but when I weighed 10kg more.
Today:
sn: up to 130#
c&j: up to 155#
fs: 195#x2, 205#x1 (felt slow, so stopped)

Good workout on the 220, and also good work today after hitting what I would guess is a PR on the front squat considering you're 10kgs lighter?
