out.
I'm thinking my NY Resolution (never made one because I think they're pointless in most cases) is going to be: PR = walk away. A la Wendler.

Yep -- very pleased. The last few months are the most progress I've had since the very beginning months. Daily lifting works.

Thursday
sn: up to 140#, but 145# was a disaster.
c&j: up to 155#, very hard.
bs: up to 260#
Now, I've done 260#x5 once before when I was 20# heavier. But this rep was full ROM, and those (2 years ago) were less deep, I'm pretty sure (though I claimed full ROM last time as well). So hard to compare, but I think I'm overall stronger than I was back then.

In any case, I called the Wendler rule and went back inside to eat homemade carnitas and corn tortillas.
