Napped yesterday.
sn: up to 125#, nothing doing for 135#
c&j: up to 155#
fs: triples up to 205#
Then 2 hours of climbing.
Weight down to 187; This is 6# in 7 weeks.
Still not "lean as shit"; will keep up with the mega protein + 1 meal a day plan until that metric is reached. Figure I'm about 11.5% BF now.

Also, doing hangboard work daily (when I'm not travelling). Basically, GTG pullups, but open grip (slope or finger pocket). I can do open grip pullups with three fingers on each hand (my daughter can do the same with two fingers on each hand). And then...

c&j: up to 155#, had 165# but a bit forward.
sq: doubles up to 225#.

Tuesday, Wednesday.
Travel days, minimal eating.
Tuesday, ate a bag of mixed nuts, mixed sashimi, edamame, and a salad. Dunno, 1000 calories?
Wednesday, Chipotle salad (black beans, carnitas) x 2 + mixed nuts. 1200 calories?
Wednesday night: lots of pullups.
Thursday morning weighed in at 185#.
What's crazy about this is the complete lack of hunger. Something about high protein just does a number on leptin/grehlin/etc.

Not a bad way to eat on the regular.
Re: Squat. It makes sense during a weight/fat loss set up to see the squat drop off. Something about the stress of having the bar on your back, even if you're carrying more muscle. Maybe some sort of psychological thing.
Nice job on the progress.

Yep, I'm not sweating the squat in the toilet given that the snatch and clean & jerk are holding steady with weight loss. Things will come back when I start eating again.
Thursday:
climbing
front squats: triples up to 215#
dips
Looking forward to carborama tomorrow.
