Saturday:
lotsa snatching, up to 135#, had 140# overhead but wobbly in the shoulders (lots of shoulder work past few days)
shankle complex: 140#, 145#, 150# (PR for that)
sq: up to 225x2x3
hip thrust: 275x12, x3x4, x2
24kg kb press x1, x1, x1
half box rice krispies, quart of 0% yogurt, banana, 2 cups 0% milk to start teh carbzupz.
abdominal measurement: 9mm, supposedly just under 11% BF. Not seeing teh abz yet, though, so prob 1% off.

bkn j: triples to 155#
sq: light work
Later: bouldering, lotsa V2s, hit my first real V3 (hit one last week but was kind of a technical V2).

Thursday:
Climbing -- went really well. Did a V2 that I'd been having a problem with, and nailed two V3s
Also did dips, BW x6, x4, x3
Probably not coincidentally weighed in this morning just under 184#
