Wow that is really cool. I had no idea. So based on the first video, when the guy stood at the bottom of the rock in the second video he was spotting the climber? Do you wear a helmet? I am pretty sure I would. Thanks for linking to those videos. That was great.

There is some spotting, yes. There's also a crash pad below to fall on. Spotting is mostly to make sure you land on the crash pad.

Weighed in at 182# today. Still no sign of teh abzzzz. If I get down to 180#, no lower -- will have to do recomp instead.

Went down to Monterey yesterday and today, saw the aquarium, went to a motel with a pool, the whole deal. Walked, splashed, it was good.
Meant to do normal eating, but ended up IF + one big meal both days.

bouldered for almost 2 hours (lots of lounging around waiting for my forearms to depump). Completed a V3 that I've been working on.

Yeah, so never mind. Must have been some crazy travel + cold induced bloating.
Weight down to 179# this morning 
BF% down as well.
Major carbup.
sn: up to 130#, down to 115x2x2
fs: up to 185# (grrr), down for bunches of doubles back up to 190#x1
hip thrusts: 275x8, x5, x3 (major cramping)

DC is definitely a city I don't mind walking in. Always something to look at. You sir are getting very light. Everything feeling good?
