Indeed, and it's designed for walking. Weather this week was fantastic as well. Alas, I tend to spend my days indoors.

You sir are getting very light. Everything feeling good?

I'm frustrated that I'm down 14# and still not hitting the body comp goals I set myself. I'm rather shocked by that. Also, I hate being so weak, but I know that will come back once I start eating more and rebuilding lean mass.

And Sunday:
sn: 120#x1x8, 125x1x4, or something (lost count)
c&j: 135#x1x5, 145x1x2, 140x1x4
pullups.
Despite the "major carbup" only managed to eat just at or slightly above maintenance yesterday. Weighed in this morning at 181.6#.
I have this idea of throwing in heavier lifting and eating & carb days whenever my weight dips under 180#. Daily training but leangains style, fluctuating workloads, calories and carbs.

Nice plank contest. 2:06 is no slouch. I decided that I was going to change my game plan on squatting. I have been trying to do big wheels only but that just ain't helping me improve. I am going back to a linear improvement philosophy even though my ego doesn't like that...
