How is your weight? I see that your snatch is back up to 135. All going in the direction that you want?

I'm trying to hold the weight steady at 180-182#, hitting a carbup and heavier day whenever I hit 180# or lower. I'm hoping that accounts for the better performance yesterday.

This is a travel week, however, and I tend to undereat on travel weeks, so will see what happens.
