Is it muscle soreness or something flu like? I hate being banged up. Best of luck.

Not flu-like, I don't think. Feel otherwise fine, just was sore top to bottom.

Performance is generally in the toilet; lifting, climbing, even table tennis.

Climbed for an hour today, back to the V2s.

Tuesday:
Workout in the gym in the Venetian, which has the best hotel gym ever, despite being in the hellhole that is Vegas. (I don't gamble, drink heavily, like shows or visit strip clubs and the food is overpriced for the purported quality, and hate the constant smoking, the noise and lights in the casino halls, but except for that).

KB OAP: 20kg x 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 3, 5, 5
pullup: bw x 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 3
FS: up to 185#x3x3
16kg kb overspeed snatches: x8, x8, x8, x8, x8
messing around with traverses on the climbing wall.
