sn, c&j, cl, fs
No much in the way of weight to brag about. If bf% or weight lifted were either going the right direction, I'd be happy. But the first is sideways and the second declining.

I remember a Brazilian steak house dinner when I was adding weight. I made it a rule that whenever someone came over with meat, my disk had to be green and that I had to outlast everyone at the table in doing so. I won by quite a bit.

Also some pullups and kb snatches.
Re-did calipers with a better realism filter. Looks to be just sub 12% BF now, so quite a bit to go to my goal. A lot to my goal of 10% at 85kg.

Good day today. Doing a minimalist WL program for the time being. Will go back to daily lifting when I'm eating to compensate (though have been trying to normalize the eating for the last week, and back to 183-184#, bf% looks to be 11.5%).
fs: triples up to 205#
sn: up to 135#
c&j: up to 155# (bummer, that)
hip thrust: 225x10, 315x10, x5, 370x5 (BWx2, FWIW)
standing ab wheel rollouts: x8, x6

Went for a hike. Then:
Bought a 20kg kb, so did:
kb press: 20kg x(1, 2, 3)x5
That wiped me out.

Last couple of days have done kb swings: looking to do 150 swings/day with the 24kg kb. Just an experiment to see if this gets anything done.
Today did lots of light 'n' quick snatches. Also hiking last few days.
