More coaching with Greg.
Did snatches up to the point where I failed due to being a wimp under the bar.
Did jerks up to the same point, then backed down.
Did some OHSs, tried for a PR but couldn't push press it properly, so did sn grip pp.
Did some sdls.
Weights are all a fog, but I'm tired enough.

c&j singles to 70, then 61x1x2
fs: 84, one set of 3, one set of 2, bleah. I'll back off this week, and try something else next week.
sn pp: 42.5x5x3. Easy.

Skiing. Stronger is better for skiing, as it happens. I can't wait to see what happens with a 150kg front squat. Fun.
Now back to the regularly scheduled program.
