Thursday's workout moved to Friday due to my son landing in the ICU. All good now, it seems, but long nights with no sleep.
Friday:
3-pos cl: 63x3x4. Slow, no zip.
j: 63x2x5. Ugly
chp: 68x3x3
bsq: 86x5x5. Solid.

Thursday:
2-pos cl: 68x2x5
j: 65.7x2x5 -- got better as the sets progressed. Need more skill warmup...
cdl: 77x3x3
bsq: 88.5x5x5
All of these 5x5s lately are PRs, for what it's worth. The perceived intensity is staying about the same from week to week, so I guess I'm getting stronger.

Saturday:
sn dl + shp + sn: 45x3x5, trying for light 'n' fast
sn pp + 3 ohs: 54.5x5 sets
sn shrug: 59x3x5
rdl: 90x8x3
Used straps for the rdls -- helped considerably.

Saturday:
muscle sn: up to 50, down to 42.5x2x3
sn balance: sucked. Tried to go to 60, but no speed, balance or grace. Stuck with 52 for a few doubles.
cl shrugs: 75x3x5. Easy
rdl: 93x8x3. Also easy.
