sn: up to 54.5x1x4
j: 65.5x1x3 -- no pop
floor press: 57.8x5x3 - failed last couple of reps
bsq: 102x5x3 - had a weird technical fail on the 3rd rep of the last set. Quickly reloaded the bar and hit 3 more reps. Felt like I could just rep forever
Ate steak immediately after.

bsq: 104x5 -- hit one set, got one rep on second set.
I'm going to put a lower volume fs workout in between bsq workouts and see how that goes.

fs: 93x3, 93x1x2 (should have done 3 sets of 2)
ab rollout: 61x8x3
farmers walks: 80lbs each arm x driveway (both ways) x 2
